Meet the newest members of the TBAT team!

Want to meet our new team members?

TBAT Innovation has grown to a total of 21 with the appointment of the 6 new team members in the last few months! We are thrilled to be expanding with such a variety of people joining the team; helping TBAT to be more diverse and adding to the expertise we already have!

TBAT Innovation's Newest Members

Ryan Mouncy – Ryan’s role at TBAT is Operations Manager. In his time here already, he has implemented many aspects to expand and improve the business. Ryan ensures the smooth and efficient running of TBAT!

Wayne Cross – our Sales & Marketing Manager. Wayne’s experience in marketing is crucial to ensure TBAT’s presence grows. Wayne is always busy monitoring all aspects including our website, advertising, social media, events, newsletter subscriptions and more.

Danielle Hall – joining the TBAT team as Business Support, Danielle will be covering all aspects of the businesses admin as Adele has now moved fully into our marketing team. Danielle is also going to be helping with marketing and sales activities.

Our hugely expanding R&D Tax Credits team has 3 new members!

Matt Pierce – Matt was a naval officer working in weapons engineering and moved into project management when he left the forces. He has experience in R&D projects and H2020 bid writing so will not only be producing R&D Tax Claims, but also assisting the grant funding team!

Chris Smith – Chris’ background in materials R&D makes him an asset to the R&D tax claims team! Having worked on R&D projects previously, he has the expertise ready to implement into his work at TBAT.

Richard Hine – the newest member of TBAT! Richard has a background in engineering within manufacturing, power and plastics. With his years of experience in different roles and companies; Richard brings valuable experience to the team.

MD, Matt Symonds says “Great to see the team continuing to grow. Along with the addition of these new team members we’re also developing a satellite office in the South; enhancing our expertise and extending our reach, whilst continuing to deliver high quality support – exciting times!”
