What did I do before TBAT?
My early life was spent in the Midlands developing common sense and a streetwise ability. I began a retailing career in 1987 and over subsequent years was instrumental in ensuring phenomenal growth within several FTSE 250 blue chip companies. A move into the Leisure Sector proved the portability of my commercial skills and this was further confirmed with a later move into the distribution sector with St Gobain UK and an appointment to the Executive team and Board of Directors.
Why TBAT?
Working with TBAT gives me the opportunity to support many and varied companies and to share the wealth of experience I have gained during my corporate career. I love my job and get a lot of satisfaction from it with every day bringing new and exciting challenges.
The rest of the team are great to work with and it makes being part of the TBAT team extremely rewarding.
What else do I do?
I have 4 daughters (I blame a lack of football on the TV) and most of my free time (and cash) is spent on family time and days out. I enjoy pretty much most sports and am a lifelong fan of the mighty Leicester City Football Club. I also play golf but confess to enjoying it far more than I excel at it.
