Bid Writer - Grant Funding
East Midlands - circa £25k per annum - full-time permanent position - office based with client visits
TBAT Innovation Limited is a consultancy that provides advice and support to clients to help them profit from new and innovative concepts. It assists clients to access UK and European grant funding to enable the development of new technologies, products and processes.
As part of its continuing growth strategy TBAT Innovation is now looking for an experienced Bid Writer to join its team based in Lockington, Derbyshire.
The role will encompass writing high quality bids and reporting directly to management. You will have responsibility for scoping projects, writing and submitting grant applications - project managing from beginning to end. The role will require regular communication and building long term relationships with clients and internally with the team.
To apply you must have experience working within a bid or tender writing position. A technical background would be of benefit due to the content of typical grant bids. An appreciation of the grant landscape across the UK and Europe would be an advantage.
You must be proactive, creative, innovative and personable with the ability to work to rigid timescales. You must possess excellent presentation skills, have a clear effective communication style, excellent IT capabilities and be experienced in liaising and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
