We were contracted to analyse the current product sales performance of a UK manufacturing business and to establish a future product portfolio based on both existing performance and future market demands. The project required in depth analysis of the UK market, to structure and evidence routes to market, to analyse target customer segments, conduct a survey and analysis of existing customer performances and provide a strategic marketing plan for the company.
Aerospace – private sector client
We were contracted to support a Midlands based aerospace manufacturer to secure funding to allow the development of a new aerial platform to be designed and introduced in to the aerospace industry. The project included a review of the technology readiness of the platform. We further supported the initiative with in depth market research work, industry consultation, route to market analysis and ongoing management support to the project. The company now has a clearly defined and evidenced marketing strategy and action plan which it is following to increase market exposure of the platform to the aerospace industry.
