What did I do before TBAT?
Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering at Durham University, followed by ten years of project/programme management roles at Rolls-Royce (Aerospace), Cullum Detuners (Aerospace and Power Generation) and Bombardier Transportation (Rail). MBA at Derby University.

After a number of years in multinationals, TBAT delivers what they struggle to; flexibility, responsiveness, innovation and a chance to develop close working relationships.
Every day is different - different client needs, different market and technology challenges - which mean I have to think strategically, technically and creatively.
What else do I do?
A young daughter and son which keeps me on my toes!, still learning to play the guitar, a love of / obsession for red wine, DIY on the “money pit” and a passion for playing footy with mates.
