Simon Parke - Director

What did I do before TBAT?

First Class Degree in Aeronautical Engineering at Loughborough University, followed by 14 years of research/project/programme/technical service and customer interface management roles at Rolls-Royce (Aerospace), including 3 years managing the technical relationship between Rolls-Royce, International Aero Engines, Airbus and EADs. MBA with Distinction.

Why TBAT?

After a number of successful and enjoyable years in a large multinational, keen to work in a smaller business environment. Working with a broad range of high technology and green tech companies actively assisting them to develop and deliver their ideas and realise the value provides me great personal satisfaction and constant interest and challenge.
The variety of business cultures, technology demands and innovation requirements and the challenges of finding routes to market provide me the opportunity to provide strategic insight and the opportunity to provide both technical and commercial knowledge.

What else do I do?

Three young children keep me constantly entertained, and I am now taking on the coaching of U7 and U8 mini rugby teams at my local club.
