In order to best serve our growing client base across the UK we want to establish a presence in “The South”. Based on research into R&D ‘hotspots’ in the UK we wish to develop a satellite office in the region of the M40, M4 corridors, around Oxford, Reading, Swindon. As Business Development you will be responsible for establishing a base in this area with a view to developing and supporting an office in a specific location within this region.
It is envisaged that working will be home based initially, with an office established within the first 3 months of engagement. Support of central functions (marketing, accounts) will be provided by the East Midlands office.
The aim is to develop a sustainable team in this satellite office of circa 5 people within year one following engagement. Full support will be provided by the management team from East Midlands on an intensive basis as required. Full training in the service offering we currently provide will be given – along with support from the delivery team in order to handle detailed/technical enquiries.
